Overview

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Unboxing video is compulsory for all return or damage-related claims.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • Return shipping details

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • A fixed return handling fee of ₹100 may apply

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • Wrong product

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

👉 Unboxing video is required for verification.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our business, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized Frames

  • Collage Frames

  • Photo Mugs

  • LED Frames

  • Personalized Couple Gifts

  • Family Gifts

  • Birthday & Anniversary Gifts

  • Any personalized or made-to-order products

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards (if introduced in future)

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are damaged

  • You received the wrong product

For exchanges:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory

  • The fastest solution is to return the item and place a new order after approval

Cancellation Policy (Short Note)

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel an order, contact us via:

  • Email or WhatsApp support

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval status.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • COD orders will be refunded to bank account/UPI details provided by customer

  • Refund time: 8–15 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
