SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, it is considered an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to errors, fraud suspicion, or stock issues
  • Limit or cancel quantities per customer

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and dispatch confirmation.

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice.

  • Partial COD (Cash on Delivery)

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver within India only.

Order processing time: 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

Courier partners may include:
Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Ekart, Shadowfax, and others.

Important:

  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • Delays may occur due to courier or external conditions
  • Risk transfers to customer once the product is shipped

Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.

SECTION 6 - CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS POLICY

Since most products are personalized:

  • Orders cannot be reused or resold
  • No return or refund for change of mind
  • Customer is responsible for correct spelling, images, and details provided

We strongly recommend reviewing your customization details before placing the order.

SECTION 7 - CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Once an order is shipped:

  • Cancellation is not allowed
  • Order will follow delivery process
