How do I place an order?

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Available?
Yes, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. A small advance payment is required to confirm your order, and the remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since personalized products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
